But, also increasing the risk and misuse of collected data. Recent studies have shown that without the approval of customers data is being collected by these companies which are used according to their need. Most recent data leaks that came into the light is The Cambridge Analytica and Facebook scandal showed the weak side of the system, i.e, how Data or information can be misused.

Companies should create awareness for users on how to protect their data from theft and usage policies, privacy policies and permissions of the device.

Big data companies must provide security updates to their apps, services or devices to protect from the unidentified data thefts, data breaches and from hackers
