FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA (FCI) RECRUITMENT
FCI Recruitment – Food Corporation of India (FCI) will release the notification of FCI Recruitment in online mode for various vacancies. Candidates can apply to FCI recruitment after filling the application form of FCI. To apply for FCI recruitment, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of FCI. The dominance will shortlist applicants for various posts in category II and III like Manager (General/ Depot/ Movement/Accounts/Technical/Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering/ Hindi) in category II and Junior Engineer (JE) (Civil Engineering / Electrical Mechanical Engineering), Assistant Grade (AG II) (Hindi), Steno Grade-II, Typist (Hindi) and Assistant Grade-III (AG III (General/Accounts/Technical/Depot) in category III. To appear for the FCI recruitment, candidates must be more than 18 years of age as on applying date. Candidates need to secure marks more than or equal to cut off of FCI to qualify at each stage of FCI recruitment exam. The FCI recruitment test will be held in three phases – I, II and Interview. FCI Recruitment for phase I will have one common paper for all containing 100 marks questions. Phase II exam of FCI Recruitment will have several papers depending upon the posts. FCI Recruitment test will be regulated at various exam centres across the country. All those candidates who will be shortlisted for the final recruitment in category II will be given a pay band of Rs 40000 – 140000 while those shortlisted for category II will receive a pay of Rs 11100- 29950 for JE and Rs. 9900 – 25530 for Stenographer posts. FCI Age Limit For Category II
Candidates appearing in Category II as Managers (general/depot/movement/account/technical/civil engineering) must not be more than 28 years of age. However, candidates appearing for Manage Hindi must not be more than 35 years of age.

FCI Application Form
The exam authority will release the FCI application form in online mode at fci.gov.in. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be able to fill the online application form of FCI recruitment in four stages – registration, filling personal details & educational qualification, uploading documents and fee payment. Along with filling the application form of FCI, candidates will also have to pay an online application fee of Rs.800 for category II and Rs. 500 for category III. However, the reserved category candidates are exempted from fee payment.

FCI Exam Centres

FCI Recruitment Exam Pattern
The examination officials specify the FCI Recruitment exam pattern for all aspiring candidates. Candidates must go through the exam pattern of FCI before appearing for the FCI recruitment exam. As per the exam pattern, the exam will be conducted for two phases – phase I and II wherein both phases will be held in online mode. A skill test will also be held after phase II only for those candidates who will appear for the post of Steno Grade-II and Typist (Hindi). - Phase I exam will be common for all the available posts.
- The exam will be conducted in online mode.
- Except for the English Language paper, the questions from the other two sections will be conducted bilingually.
- 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer given by the candidates.
FCI Recruitment – Phase II
In phase II exam of FCI, candidates have to appear for different papers for different posts. The exam is conducted for five papers – paper I, II, III, IV and V in online mode. As per the exam pattern of FCI recruitment, a paper I will be common for all while rest papers will be held as per the posts applied.
Skill Test
Along with the phase II test, applicants who will choose Stenographer Grade-II (Post Code C) will also have to appear for the skill test to be tested on the grounds of typing and shorthand.
FCI Admit Card
The exam authority will issue the FCI admit card in online mode at its official website recruitmentfci.in. The admit card of FCI for FCI Recruitment examination will be issued to only those candidates who will successfully fill the application form. To download the admit card, candidates will have to use their registration number or roll number and password or date of birth. FCI hall ticket will mention details related to the candidates and the exam like name, roll no., exam centre details, exam day instructions etc.
FCI Result
The officials will announce the result of FCI in the form of PDF at its official site fci.gov.in. The FCI recruitment result will be released zone wise for five zones. FCI result PDF will contain the roll number, registration number, zone, post applied for, category, etc. The authorities will also release the scorecard which candidates will be able to download by using their roll or registration number, date of birth (Dob). Based on the phase I result of FCI recruitment, candidates will be shortlisted for phase 2.
