Introduction:
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection(IBPS) is a Common Recruitment Process- Online Preliminary & Online Main Examination and provisional allotment for recruitment of Clerk, PO, RRB, Specialist officer posts in Participating Banks
IBPS, an independent body, has received a mandate from the banks mentioned to conduct the recruitment process once a year. IBPS will make arrangements for conducting an online Preliminary examination, declare the result of the online Preliminary examination and inform the shortlisted candidates about the online Main examination.

IBPS 2021 Interview Process:
Candidates who qualify in the Mains Exam are called for the Interview Process by IBPS. The Interview Process will comprise 100 marks and the minimum marks required to be 40% for OC and 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories.
