MBA Operations Management Syllabus:
The course structure for MBA in Operations Management is the same as that of other MBA programs. In the first year of the program, candidates learn some core subjects which pertain to skills associated with all aspects of Business Administration. In the second year, students have to choose electives precise to the Operations Management program.
